VersaBuilt’s VersaWash is a chip mitigation system for the Mill Automation System with MultiGrip to clean and remove chips from the MultiGrip Jaws before, after, and between machining operations by spraying circulated water on the top and bottom of jaws, with and without parts clamped. Automation Systems include options for when and how long the VersaWash cycle lasts, including time to air-dry the jaws above the wash tank.  

The VersaWash includes an adjustable drip tray to minimize the amount of coolant that drips onto the floor during automation processing. A built-in hinge mechanism means the VersaWash can be moved out of the way to maximize operator access to the CNC table during setup or maintenance.
