VersaBuilt

The Mill Automation System is a really great product. I can’t tell you how easy it is to add parts. We go through a whole part library, and we haven’t had a part yet that we couldn’t automate on the Mill Automation System. It takes a little bit of figuring out, but man, it just goes so quickly. We’re running new parts in 30 minutes -- from when we decide to implement the part to when it’s running on the machine. ​

VersaBuilt was a real save for us. The [other] systems we evaluated were too piecemeal. We were talking about getting custom grippers made, multiple Schunk vises -- there were just so many different pieces, and how would we integrate them? VersaBuilt has a system where they have their vises, their grippers, and a complete package for us to integrate. It was really impressive.​

We purchased a VBX-160 in December. After setting up the VBX-160, the system has performed extremely well and is helping us increase the efficiency in our production. It’s easy to use and has a small footprint -- both of which were critical requirements for us. The support from VersaBuilt has also been outstanding. ​

We are a firearms company that is driven by innovation. We take pride in creating new products for the consumer in any way we can. We purchased the Mill Automation System in hopes to increase our lights-outs productivity. It has absolutely met our expectations. We didn’t know what to expect not having ever used it before, but the VersaBuilt team was very helpful. So far, we have been successful with 12 new parts and will continue to do more as time progresses. The team at VersaBuilt has been a huge help! We are usually able to fix issues in just a few minutes over the phone. ​
