In Recovery and when selecting a move to or move home command.
If the VSC interface shows position “Unknown” the robot is not near or at a known position. When moving, select a listed location closest to the current position, then select a location to move.
Recommended, select the position closest as the current position and select the same closest position as the destination. Once the robot reaches a known position, command the robot to move to the next desired position.
