  • VersaCart: Available in 1300 or 1700 models and equipped with a durable stainless-steel Visual Infeed.
  • DuoGrip Gripper: Choose between the DuoGrip 400 and DuoGrip 2000 models, equipped with puck fingers for parts up to 4 inches in diameter.
  • VersaBlast Wrist Blow-Off: An integrated, high-flow air amplifier that clears chips and coolant directly from the chuck and workholding.
  • Accu-Z Push Tool: A spring-loaded CNC tool used to seat the part accurately against the Z-datum.
  • VersaBuilt System Controller—VSC: The brain of the system, managing CNC macro-driver communication, pneumatic valving, and the easy-to-use operator interface.
  • Complete Software Suite: Includes unlimited part-program storage, troubleshooting tools, and built-in online connectivity for remote support and software updates.

DuoGrip: Maximize Productivity and Process Virtually Any Part

VersaBuilt’s DuoGrip is a double-headed, opposing, center-actuating pneumatic gripper engineered specifically to increase processing efficiency.

It allows the robot to unload a completed part and load the next piece of raw material in one fluid motion inside the lathe.

One side of the gripper is dedicated to raw material, while the other is dedicated to finished parts. Each side can be precisely adapted to hold its part securely, supporting reliable processing for virtually any shape.

Optional Accessories and Upgrades

  • Large Puck Fingers: Expand gripping capacity for round and rectangular parts up to 8.25 inches in diameter.
  • Shaft Gripper Fingers and Shaft Infeed: Designed for processing longer shaft parts.
